Software Start-up Takes Seat at the Head of the Class
An ambitious education software start-up sets its sites on leading the industry…and scores an A+ in every class.
Firefly helped Smart Choice go from zero-to-60 in record time. The start-up had a great product, but lacked any branding, marketing or sales assets. Within six months, Firefly designed and produced a full compliment of assets that quickly set the company at the front of the class.
The project started with an analysis of Smart Choice’s market and target audience personas. We worked with the Smart Choice team to develop the marketing strategy and plan, followed by the implementation.
This included branding and corporate identity, with logo and collateral design, production and printing. The goal was to establish a leadership position in the market, since its product was superior to competitors.
Traditional sales activities are a key part of the firm’s strategy so sales materials, brochures, print ads and a trade show booth were developed to promote the company’s services at industry trade shows.
A digital strategy was employed to capture leads and invite prospects to demo Smart Choice’s software system. Firefly designed and developed an online conversion strategy using website and email marketing tactics.
