Polishing the Periodontics Associates Brand & Image
Two of the nations most highly trained periodontists, members of an elite industry fraternity, had a challenge. The branding and identity of their practice didn’t translate to patients the high level of expertise and quality of care they received as a result.
Periodontics Associates has been serving Acadiana since 1982 as a provider of specialized dental treatment. Their goal is to provide the highest standards of treatment, to educate their patients and to demonstrate the advantages of specialize treatment, when required.
They also hoped to impress upon their colleagues the benefits of developing meaningful partnerships with specialists in the hope of together providing their patients with an improved quality of life where the patient can be treated earlier and with less invasive options.
The goal of our partnership with Periodontics Associates was to position its doctors as industry leaders and a trusted resource for subject knowledge. It was important to emphasize their approach to care as balancing high-tech with high-touch, and set out to strengthen the visual representation of the brand that they had built for over 30 years.
Firefly proposed a complete brand and marketing transformation for the practice designed to elevate patient and peer perceptions to the high level of care afforded by their advanced training and technological facilities.
The transformation began with a complete re-branding, including logo design, and collateral design, including business cards, letterhead, company paper systems and email communications.
Firefly worked with the Periodontics Associates team to raise their online presence, designing a new website, dedicated mobile site and establishing a suite of social media channels that integrated the new branding and a cohesive design scheme.
A broad range of services has been provided to also include website and blog copywriting, ongoing social media management, development of an infographic, brochure and poster as educational tool, as well as print advertisement design.
This provided the foundation for a 12 month content marketing campaign that followed, designed to improve search engine optimization and ranking, and to lay the foundation to engage a new target – the dental implant market.
