| Office Assistant | Open Position |

Firefly Digital is now accepting resumes for an entry level Office Assistant who will work with the General Manager on a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities.

Job Description > Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: general accounting duties, QuickBooks administration and reporting, collections, internal reporting , along with general office duties.

Qualifications > Candidates should demonstrate strong problem solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable to work independently, while maintaining excellent organization and time management skills free project management app.

Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, a positive, energetic and pleasant attitude.  Must have exceptional computer skills, along with the ability to learn new skills and software programs quickly.

Job Requirements > 

  • QuickBooks proficiency a must
  • Word Processing (MS Word) and Spreadsheet (Excel)
  • Experience in general office procedures and practices
  • Ability to multi – task and prioritize independently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the field or in a related area
