Firefly Digital is looking for qualified candidates for a Jr. Account Management position. The position is a full-time position in our Lafayette, LA office.The applicant must be creative, energetic and a strategic thinker capable of identifying client needs.
Job Description > The primary role of the Jr. Account Manager is to assist in the management of existing client projects. This includes providing daily client communications (phone, email, online teleconferences), project documentation, along with project setup, configuration and support of your fellow co-workers. The role will require working with account managers, designers, programmers and technical staff in order to support clients.
Qualifications > Applicants must be a team player with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills are imperative along with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Applicant must exhibit exceptional decision making ability.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor or associate degree in marketing, business or communication (…but not required). Experience working in account management or customer service roles beneficial. The role should understand and stay current with technology and related trends. The ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills along with a positive attitude, are required and key to success in this position.
